  • Designed / developed / maintain a mission-critical business application for Summit Leasing, Inc., an equipment leasing company in Yakima, Washington that provides automation and end-to-end workflow management for a portfolio of over $60 million in lease contracts.
  • Designed / developed / maintain two mission-critical business applications for a mortgage lender in Palm Desert, California. One application provides automation, portfolio analysis, and end-to-end workflow management for lending operations. The other application provides the same functions for the investor relations side of the business - note issuance, automatic interest payments, statement generation, etc.

Software Developer / Lease Officer, Summit Leasing, Inc.; Yakima, WA — 2005-2006

  • Member of a 5-person management team at Summit Leasing, an equipment leasing company that provides financing for all types of business equipment in the western half of the United States.
  • Designed / developed SLCalc - an equipment leasing payment calculator that was given away to lease brokers for broker relations purposes. Used by many as their primary lease payment calculator.

Software Developer, Auction Facilitator, LLC; Seattle, WA — 2004-2005

Founded Auction Facilitator, a company specializing in management software for eBay consignment specialists (Trading Assistants). Although the company never took off, gained experience in integration with third-party web services using SOAP.
